All of our garden buildings prices are supplied and errected on to your pre-prepared base. Limited to a 25 mile radious of YO32. If you require a building errected outside of this area please contact us before completing your purchase and we will advise if the errection service is available in your area.

TREATMENT: PRICES INCLUDE A FACTORY APPLIED BASE COAT RED CEDAR TIMBER TREATMENT (EXCEPT CHARNWOOD). WE RECOMMEND BUILDINGS ARE RE-TREATED AFTER 6-12 MONTHS.

ASSEMBLY: A SOLID LEVEL BASE IS ESSENTIAL, WE WOULD RECOMMEND A FULLY SLABBED AREA TO SPIRIT LEVEL STANDARD. CLEAR ACCESS IS ALSO REQUIRED.

DELIVERY: DELIVERY TIMES QUOTED ARE APPROXIMATE AND CAN VARY.

GUARANTEE: ALL BUILDINGS ARE GUARANTEED FOR 12 MONTHS AGAINST FAULTY PARTS OR WORKMANSHIP.
